Flavours

Georgina and Jack

How your cake is presented to you and your guests is so important; it is part of the room setting, representative of you as the wedding couple.

It is just as important that it tastes as good as it looks, and we use the best ingredients to create delicious flavours.

We offer allergen and intolerance choices— but please discuss these at the earliest opportunity.

Each tier can be a different flavour, giving you the opportunity to explore our choices:

Biscoff:

Underlying tones of caramel and spice give that distinctive Belgian cookie taste for the sponge and filling.

Black Cherry:

A subtle aftertaste reminiscent of those sour cherry sweets we ate as children, the black cherry sponge and filling is a wild card, complemented by black cherry jam.

Black Forest:

The dark chocolate undertones mix with the tartness of cherries to create a unique flavour to the sponge and filling, alongside black cherry jam.

Chocolate:

Rich Belgian chocolate always provides the balance of darkness and sweetness to both the sponge and the filling

Chocolate Orange:

Dark chocolate and the fresh tangy burst of orange is one of the best combinations  for both the sponge and filling.

Lemon:

A delicate flavour that can be both sharp and soft, teamed with tangy curd  and filling.

Lemon and Elderflower:

The botanical scent and flavour from the elderflower mixed with the floral tones of lemon create a unique choice for both the sponge and filling.

Marble:

The marble-like appearance and hints of both chocolate and vanilla from the two mixtures and either chocolate or vanilla fillings are delicious.

Red Velvet:

A softer sponge than some cakes, but team it with a white chocolate filling to keep it an indulgent option.

Salted Caramel:

The caramel tones keep the expected sweetness and richness, but the addition of salt offers a twist to both the sponge and filling.

Vanilla:

Vanilla is a distinctive flavour, fresh and wholesome for both the sponge and the filling, along with seedless raspberry jam.

White chocolate and raspberry:

White chocolate has a softer flavour and paired with tart raspberries, a lovely sponge and filling.
